We have incorporated private and public companies involved in all kinds of businesses both as locally incorporated companies as well as branches of foreign companies. We have continued further to carry out some of their annual company secretarial obligations e.g filing of annual returns.

We register societies and trusts and also continue to carry out corporate secretarial obligations for most of these clients.
