We register patents and trade marks within Kenya through KIPI, in African countries which have ratified the Harare Protocol for patents and the Banjul protocol for trademarks under African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation (ARIPO) as well as internationally under the Patent Corporation Treaty (PCT) and in other countries through our corresponding agents thereat.

We also institute suits to enforce intellectual property rights in the Industrial Property Tribunal and in other applicable courts as jurisdictional issues dictate.
