We have collected debts on behalf of most of our clients. In this field we are awake to the reality of the amount of time it may take to collect a debt through legal action and therefore our efforts are primarily spent in investigation, debtor counseling, meetings and discussions before engaging in litigation; and only as a necessary last resort.
